Right Place, Right Time

In Cleveland, a woman becomes sick and passes out while driving with her young daughter in the back. Their SUV plunges into a pond as a bystander nearby watches it unfold. The man, Yanni Sarris, jumps into action and jumps into the pond, first saving the girl and then pulling the mom to safety, who at the time was still out cold.
